Bridgeport ' s new $23 million state-of-the-art bus terminal, which replaces the antiquated and inefficient bus terminal at 35 John Street, is an integral component of Bridgeport ' s Intermodal Transportation Center (ITC). The state-of-the-art terminal features a 10,000 square foot passenger terminal, which physically links to the railroad platforms via a covered walkway. Seventeen bus bays mean that the facility can accommodate as many as 17 buses simultaneously.
